Versalite® unitized skylights are pre-engineered, pre-assembled, and pre-glazed. Featuring fully guttered framing, they are shipped ready to install in widths up to 8'. The Versalite® skylight system features a patented glazing clip, which creates a thermal break between the one-piece glazing caps and the framing members and provides for uniform compression on the glazing material using EPDM gaskets. The perimeter framing is also thermally broken to provide maximum energy performance and reduce condensation.
